Lynyrd Skynyrd and Bad Company hit the road together this summer to celebrate 40th anniversary. They stop at the Shoreline Amphitheatre Sunday, 23rd June 2013 and from 7:00 PM they will rock your world for hours, maybe the best hours of your summer!
Lynyrd Skynyrd released their debut album on August 13, 1973 and since then the band released another 59 albums and managed to become a cultural icon for all generations that listen to its music. Although the band faced the loss of multiple members, it remains one of the milestones in rock music even after four decades. At the Shoreline Amphitheatre you will see Johnny Van Zant (Vocals), Gary Rossington (Guitar), Rickey Medlocke (Guitar), Mark “Sparky” Matejka (Guitar), Michael Cartellone (Drums), Johnny Colt (Bass), Peter Keys (Keyboards), and for backing vocals Dale Krantz Rossington- Honkettes and Carol Chase-Honkettes.
Bad Company formed in 1973 and since then released 12 awesome albums. With 40 years of experience in rocking the stages, the band remains an inspiration for the young artists even today. Original members Rodgers, Ralphs, and Kirke will be joined by guitarist Howard Leese and bassist Todd Ronning (from Paul Rodgers solo band).
