New Zealand’s set of two hilarious performers and singers Bret McKenzie and Jermaine Clement starred in an HBO television series titled Flight of the Conchords which received an Emmy nomination for Best Comedy.  In 2005, they were named Best Alternative Comedy Act at the US Comedy Arts Festival and Best Newcomer at the Melbourne Comedy Festival.
